Samantha is a Partner in the medical malpractice group at HSH.
She acts for victims and their families who have suffered as a result of medical and hospital negligence. A large part of her practice involves obstetrical negligence, where she works with young children who have been severely injured at birth. She has appeared as trial counsel multiples times and is deeply committed to advocating for individuals and families impacted by life-altering conditions.
Samantha serves as a Board member of the American Association for Justice and has held leadership roles with the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, including Vice Chair of its Medical Malpractice Section. She is also active with the Brain Injury Society of Toronto through committee work and previous service on its Board of Directors for a 3-year term.
