Adam is honoured to have been named one of the 25 most influential lawyers in Canada by Canadian Lawyer Magazine. After serving many years on the Board of Directors, he was elected to be President of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) for 2016-2017. Adam’s practice is devoted to personal injury litigation, accident benefits claims and other disability and insurance litigation. He fights tirelessly, with compassion for the rights of accident victims and strives to ensure that they receive appropriate compensation for all of their losses. He focuses on serious, catastrophic injury claims no matter how they happen. Adam has extensive experience in brain injury claims and spinal cord injury claims. My goal is to help people who truly need help. Being a personal injury lawyer is the best way that I can think of to accomplish this goal. I have the rare pleasure of leaving my clients at the end of a case in a much better position than when they first met with me. It is an extremely rewarding profession.

The former managing partner at HSH, Adam is recognized as a leader in the legal community. His peers have selected him as a Lexpert ranked lawyer and to the Best Lawyers Canada list, and the Law Society of Upper Canada has recognized him as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. He is often asked to lecture to legal organizations regarding various personal injury issues, including his trial experience. Adam has conducted many successful jury and judge alone trials, arbitrations, and appeals to the Court of Appeal of Ontario.

In addition to OTLA, Adam is a member of and has held leadership roles in a number of legal and brain injury associations and organizations. He is the proud recipient of the Ontario Brain Injury Association Professional Award. Adam is also passionate about his involvement in pro bono and community associations.  He is a Hall of Fame member of the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer and was a member of the award-winning rock band, “SoSumi,” performing to raise money and awareness for various charitable organizations.
