Melissa Miller is an associate of Howie, Sacks & Henry. Melissa was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2010.She graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours B.A. with distinction (Philosophy and Political Science) in 2006, and from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law with an LL.B. in 2009.
Melissa is currently a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Women's Law Association of Ontario, Medico Legal Association and Pro Bono Lawyers Ontario. Melissa's practice is devoted to all areas of personal injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs, including motor vehicle accident claims, accident benefits claims, tort claims and other disability related matters.
