Jeffery Shinehoft's practice includes complex civil litigation with a focus on personal injury claims. He has had successful experience before both the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Canadian Pension Plan review Tribunal.
Jeffery has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario (Sociology). He is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was awarded the Cassels, Brock & Blackwell LLP prize in Civil Procedures for the highest annual grade. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2004 and has a long list of associations, including: the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Advocates Society, the Brain Injury Society of Toronto, and the Canadian Paraplegic Association of Ontario.
