Brad Moscato is a Partner at Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP in Toronto, Ontario. He was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2004. He obtained his Law Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2003, and fulfilled the requirements for a Certificate in Litigation, Dispute Resolution and the Administration of Justice.

He has been a speaker at numerous conferences dealing with issues related to personal injury litigation, including at the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Osgoode Professional Development Continuing Legal Education Programme, and the Canadian Institute. He is the Chair of the New Lawyers Division of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. He is also an active participant on OTLA's Access to Justice and Fundraising Committees. In addition, Brad is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates' Society and the Toronto Lawyers Association.

Brad's practice is devoted to all types of personal injury litigation on behalf of Plaintiffs, including motor vehicle accident cases, long-term and short-term disability benefit disputes, occupiers' liability actions, and accident benefits claims.
